I typically invite one new M.S. graduate student to join the lab every academic year. Bemidji State University is not a Ph.D. granting institution, so I unfortunately cannot hire Ph.D. students or postdocs. I hire multiple technicians to support both adult capture work in the winter and fawn capture work in the summer. Look for positions to post generally in October or March. I advertise on most major wildlife job boards and will link any current opening on the bottom of this page.
I also often have opportunities for Bemidji State University undergrads to get involved with ongoing Deer Ecology Lab projects. If you are a student at BSU and would like to learn more, contact me directly.
